This page explains what happens when you send an enquiry, request a technical document, or submit a job application through the Bharat Analytical website.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit: contact details, company or location information, your requirement, and—when applying for a role—your résumé and application details.
Why we use it
Enquiry information is used to review and respond to the request. Document requests include your name, company, email, optional phone number, the requested document, and your consent; we use these to deliver the document and follow up about your application. Job application information is used by the hiring team to assess the application. To limit automated requests, a short-lived keyed hash of the request address is kept for up to the next daily cleanup; the original address is not stored in the download record. The website does not create a public profile from your submission.
Email delivery
Enquiries, document requests, and applications are stored in a private Firebase Firestore database so the authorised team can review and manage them. Résumés are stored as private, authenticated raw files in Cloudinary; they are not attached to notification emails or exposed as public links. Technical documents remain private in Cloudinary; after a valid request we provide a download link valid for 24 hours and email it to the address supplied. The team receives an email containing only a reference and a protected admin link.
Retention
Enquiries, document-request records, applications, and résumé files are deleted 12 months after submission or the latest status change or substantive internal note. Opening or viewing a record does not extend that period.
Service providers
Firebase provides authentication and the private database. Cloudinary stores website media, private technical documents, and private application files. A temporary download link can be used by anyone who has that link until it expires. The company's configured email service delivers submission receipts and admin alerts. Access is limited to the authorised administration account.
Customer feedback and Google Reviews
Published testimonials include the customer quote and attribution supplied to the company for public use. Contact us if you need an attribution corrected or removed. When enabled, an embedded Google business map loads from Google. If a reviews widget is configured, Elfsight loads and displays the public Google reviews. These embedded services receive browser connection information and may use cookies under their own privacy policies, including the Elfsight Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Google review content is not stored in our database.
Website translation
The language selector opens the public page in Google Translate in a new tab. Google receives that page's public URL and provides the translated view under the Google Privacy Policy. The translation link excludes query parameters and form entries. The original website remains available in your existing tab.
